SEMINAR ON VEGAN NUTRITION, MOBILITY AND CONDITIONING

Svederen presents a seminar on traning and nutrition for vegan
and vegetarians and on mobility and conditioning.
Schedule:
12.00-13.00: The seminar is in two block starting with a talk on
how to eat properly and benefit from the training that you are
doing while keeping it vegan. This will take place in the
café and everyone can join.
13.00-14.00: There is (vegan) food in the café. The food
will be free, but we do take donations.
14:00-15:00 The second part of the seminar is on mobility and
self-repair. We'll learn how to use foam rollers, lacrosse balls,
and bands to reorganize movement patterns and gain mobility. More
mobility = more strength , speed and power. The seminar will be
presented by Human Performance DK, a new training concept to
optimize sports performance, from the team of Scott Graham and
Martin Lund--who specialize in corrective exercise and sports
performance.
15.00-16.00: We are going to finish of with some metabolic
conditioning - a workout that involves both elements of strenght
and conditioning.
The seminar is held by Scott Graham who is a professionel
fitness instructor and who has lived and training as a vegan for
more than 15 years.
