Our comrades from Cyprus are coming to Denmark, and are gonna perform as a part of the re-occuring Hip-Hop Uden Grænser at Ungdomshuset.

About Cyprus:
Cyprus is an island and the most eastern part of the European Union. It has been a divided country for 50 years and has a long history of colonialism. Around 1.3 mil people live on the island and it is divided into south / north, with the south being recognised as an independent nation-state that's part of the European Union, with political and financial connections to the West and Israel, while the north is governed by a state that is not internationally recognized, apart from Turkiye which has deployed thousands of troops making it a highly militarised area. It is one of the European countries with an active border conflict, which usually rules out membership.
